Tighe in the community

| Bob Willert |

A sense of community and family is very important to us here at Tighe.  We grow together and work best when everyone collaborates and creates solutions.  These values extend to our philanthropic ventures.  We asked our employees to identify local charities that were important to them in the communities where we operate.  The response has been incredible, as our team has provided us with many wonderful causes and opportunities.  We work with a new organization each month. We have worked with the following organizations: Woburn Veterans, Cor Unum Meal Center in Lawrence, Boys and Girls Club, Clinton Firefighters, Shamrock School in Woburn, Benevolent Circle in Mansfield, Susan G Komen for the Cure, The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, and A very trusted Christmas among others.

This month we were excited and honored to be working with Rise Against Hunger.  This incredible group is dedicated to providing meals to people who do not have sufficient access to food.  Last year they helped provide meals for 2.8 million people.  On Tuesday 8/24/21, Tighe employees put together over 7000 meals that will be sent out to countries in need and save lives.  It was a truly humbling opportunity and we were thrilled at the number of our team members who offered to volunteer for the event. Thank you team Tighe!
